REVIEW: FIRST PURCHASE FROM ALTHEA KOREA!


Annyeong! 
Today I'm going to share my first experience purchasing on Althea Korea's website! 

I've been spying them quite awhile already but didn't do any purchase with them. Finally, I saw they are promoting LIZLY makeup palette which attracted me to drop my order! So, I decided to place my order and get my makeup palette!

Althea have their very own website which is very convenient for online shoppers like us. It's also very easy to search your favourite products by clicking the categories or by brands. When you have your eyes on a product but still considering to buy, you can save them in your wish list! You can also straight away add your favourite items in your bag and make your payment right away. After done making your payment, they will provide you the tracking number of your parcel so you can track your parcel.

 Add things in your wishlist when you're in dilemma!

Add items which you are buying in bag and checkout when you confirm your order!


Enter your billing address, select your payment method and checkout!


Once done your payment, you will received order list, payment proof and tracking number by email! 

Usually estimated time for parcel arrive is about 10-15 days. I've read quite a lot feedbacks about the parcel reached in just 3-4 days. But unexpected things happened right on the cargo where my parcel is located. 

I dropped my order on 07.02.2017 and the tracking didn't show any update. I just keep waiting and finally I decided to direct message to their Instagram account (they are media team so they can't solve the problem for you, seek for their customer service instead). They replied me and called me to seek for assistant by email my order details to their customer service team. So, I email to them and got a reply few hours after that saying my parcel is undergo an unusual custom clearance which will delay my parcel arrival. Since I got a reply saying my parcel is on hold for custom clearance purpose, it's okay then. On 01.03.2017, I got an email again from their CS team saying that my parcel is still on hold and they can't confirm when will be release so they posted a new parcel for me again. Shocking but yes, my 2nd parcel reached in just 5 days!

Just took 5 days for my second parcel to arrived to me! YAYY! 

That's all for my sharing. I'm not paid for writing all this but I'm just want to praise their services (media team & CS team) which make customers understand by explaining what's happening. Seek for help and don't simply blame people because there might be unexpected things happened. I definitely will back again with my new order!
